Steve brings over 35 years of technology sales, marketing, operations, executive, and board experience to Ontuitive. Formerly Steve served as CEO of iJet International, CEO of ElementK, President and COO of Blackboard, and CEO of Sylvan/Thomson Prometric. Steve earned his BA and MBA from the University of Rochester.

Every member on our executive management team brings decades of experience and keen insight to the learning and performance support industry. Not only are they great leaders, they are innovative thinkers looking to push the boundaries of performance and productivity within the context of organizational learning strategies.


Alfred co-founded Ontuitive in 2001. With over 20 years of experience in the learning industry, Alfred created, owned and managed several learning businesses, including SPC Training and Global Learning Alliance. Alfred is internationally recognized for his insight and perspective on improving organizational performance through performance support.

Previously CFO with KPN OnePhone, Jeroen returned to Ontuitive as CFO in 2011. With more than a decade in financial management and consulting services, Jeroen has been instrumental in rolling out Ontuitive’s new CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (NetSuite) systems. With a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Twente, Jeroen previously served as Ontuitive’s CFO from 2007 to 2008.

Bob has been an active and influential leader in the learning and training industry for more than 25 years. He is renowned worldwide for his pioneering role in eLearning and new approaches to learning. Bob joined Ontuitive from Microsoft, where he was the director of learning strategy and evangelism. Before Microsoft, Bob was the executive director of education for Element K, where he directed and influenced their learning model and products.
Bob is an influential voice in the IT-training industry, speaking at conferences and participating within industry associations such as Chief Learning Officer magazine, CompTIA, ASTD, The eLearning Guild and The MASIE Center.

Conrad Gottfredson, Chief Learning Strategist, has 30 years of experience helping organizations in leadership development, organizational learning, instructional design, knowledge management, and content development methods. Gottfredson has a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology. His consulting work has helped governments, non-profits, and multi-national organizations wisely employ emerging technologies and methodologies to help people achieve personal and organizational goals. He has pioneered methodologies for developing and delivering learning at the moment of need to those who need it, when they need it, in the language and form they require, from a single source of content. Gottfredson's unique collaborative consulting style has helped him develop simple, practical solutions to the common challenges facing organizations at all levels.
