Daniel is a graduate from the University of Rhode Island and has had an illustrious career in the technology field to date. In 2009, Daniel founded Stage Fund, a private equity and turn around firm in Denver, Colorado. Stage Fund acquires companies in the midst of change due to economic shifts, the massive changes in Equity Capital investing and mismanagement. Stage Fund’s portfolio encompasses an array of companies, and Daniel is thrilled to take a foray in to the world of E-Learning with Ontuitive. When not chairing one of his many companies, Daniel like to climb, travel, and ride his Ducati through the Rockies.
VP of Project Management
Jeremy is originally from Chicago, Illinois and studied at the University of Illinois. He graduated in 2013 with majors in Psychology and Finance and a minor in Philosophy. After graduating Jeremy moved back to Chicago and pursued multiple fields in the marketing industry. He continued these pursuits upon moving to Denver for National CineMedia where he held roles in Operations, Revenue Planning, Account/Project management, and Media Production. Jeremy lives in Denver, Colorado. He enjoys the arts, from Van Gogh to Alex Seidel to Kendrick Lamar, and still carries a passion for all Chicago sports and food.
Lawrence is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a focus in journalism, and he worked as a sports journalist while at LSU, getting the opportunity to travel around the country covering a number of different sporting events. He later worked as a graphic quality assurance specialist and copywriter for Yellow Pages Canada in Indianapolis, Indiana. He currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado, with his girlfriend and Maltipoo puppy, Calvin, and enjoys spending a day at the ballpark or hiking in the areas around Denver.
Sr. VP of Operations
A British native, Ian backpacked through the US and Canada in 1995 after graduating with a degree in Business & Law from the University of Wolverhampton in England. He never looked back and has been a Colorado resident ever since. His career has seen him run the financial side of a quarter horse business and then spend 15 years in the insurance industry as a licensed advocate for policyholders in property insurance claims. Ian is also a notary, holds a Colorado real estate license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Ian enjoys spending his time outside of work with his wife and two children enjoying the Colorado lifestyle, reading, hiking and supporting the local sports teams.
Briana began her career at the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA). In 2015 Briana joined with the Stage Fund, a private equity firm located in Denver, Colorado. In her first role with the Stage Fund, Briana was the Director of National Accounts for LogicTree and managed accounts for major transportation departments throughout North America. Later, she was promoted to the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for the Stage Fund. While acquiring Ontuitive, Briana was enticed by the concept, the technology, and people the company represented. In January of 2018, Briana stepped in as CEO of the cutting-edge performance learning platform.
Sr. Product Manager
With over 20 years of project, product and customer success experience, Cece Rupprecht joins Ontuitive with much excitement. Most recently, Cece supported SaaS clients to ensure the implementation of the product to improve business processes, product enhancements and implementation. Cece attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she focused on the study of education and is excited to apply this to Ontuitive's performance learning solutions. She lives in Colorado with her husband and kids and she enjoys glamping, hiking, and watching her kids excel at sports.
VP of Customer Engagement
A Greater Cincinnati native, Brian studied Organizational Leadership at Northern Kentucky University. Brian previously worked in Digital Publishing in the Higher Education market, and most recently worked on Strategic Partnerships and Business Development with crowdfunding website YouCaring (acquired by GoFundMe). He and his wife, Mary Beth, along with their kids, Stella and Silas, (and Great Dane, Loki) moved to Littleton, CO in 2017 after visiting and falling in love with the city, the mountains, and the culture. They love spending their weekends exploring the mountains and experiencing everything amazing Denver has to offer.
After obtaining her Bachelors’ degree in Physical education, Andy worked as a teacher in several schools. She then decided to return to school to pursue system engineering, and worked for several years as a software developer at a health insurance fund in the Netherlands. Andy has been working for Ontuitive as a Solutions Developer and trainer for more than 10 years and has a lot of experience in designing, developing and managing digital content. Also, Andy has written a lot of content for Microsoft projects. Andy lives in the south of the Netherlands with her husband and two kids. She enjoys hiking, macro-photography, and ZUMBA.
Sr. Software Engineer
Bill Hutchings is a software engineer with over 25 years of professional experience in writing and designing applications, websites and databases. Starting at North Carolina State University, he graduated with a BS in Computer Science and for the last fourteen years, has been focused on crafting applications built on the Microsoft stack, using C# and SQL Server. Bill has worked as a software developer in a number of industries including special-forces, personnel management, telecommunications, food service, prepaid cards, health care and more. Bill and his wife Marie have lived in Highlands Ranch for over 20 years, have been married since 1987 and have four children and three grandchildren.
Sr. Software Engineer
After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in RF/Electrical Engineering, Alex has worked in medical devices, consumer electronics, and embedded development environments for over a decade. After initially developing firmware for high-reliability devices, Alex has transitioned to designing great enterprise software with the most up-to-date, best practices in mind. He is the author of the top Google result for cross compiling on the popular RaspberryPi platform; and spends his free time enjoying the great Colorado outdoor life.
